Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 6, 2026

These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Hunter Jarvis software ("the Product"), sold by AMJ via www.hunterjarvis.com. By purchasing or using the Product you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're buying

A one-time, non-exclusive, non-transferable single-operator license to use the Product to run your own web-design business. You receive the Product as a downloadable archive; the license is personal to the purchaser (or the purchaser's single business entity).

2. What you may do

3. What you may not do

4. Your accounts, your keys

The Product runs on API keys and accounts you own (database, hosting, email, discovery, verification services). You are responsible for those accounts, their costs, and complying with each provider's terms of service.

5. Responsible outreach

You are solely responsible for ensuring your email and messaging campaigns comply with the laws that apply to you and your recipients (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, TCPA). The Product ships with safeguards — verified-address sending, daily inbox ceilings, permanent opt-out handling, and operator approval before every campaign — and you agree not to disable or circumvent them to send unlawful bulk mail.

6. No income guarantee

The Product is a tool. Results shown on the site are examples, not promises; your outcome depends on your market, effort, pricing, and execution. We make no guarantee of revenue, clients, or replies.

7. Support and updates

Support is provided through the community and by email on a reasonable-efforts basis. Updates may be provided at our discretion at no extra cost for v1.x releases.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMJ's total liability arising from the Product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or suspended third-party accounts.

9. Refunds

See the Refund Policy.

10. Termination

Your license terminates automatically if you materially breach these Terms (in particular Section 3). Sections 6–8 survive termination.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; the date above will change when we do. Questions: flowiseagency@gmail.com or the community.
