Privacy Policy
Hunter Jarvis ("we", "us") is a downloadable software product sold at www.hunterjarvis.com and operated by AMJ. This policy explains what information is handled when you visit this site or buy the product. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and the product itself runs entirely on your own computer and accounts.
1. What we collect
- Purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. After a successful payment, we receive your name and email address from Stripe so we can deliver your personalized download and license.
- License records. Each download is watermarked with a license ID derived from your email so we can support you and protect the product. We keep a record of licenses issued.
- Site visits. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type) to serve and secure the site.
2. What the product does with data
Hunter Jarvis runs locally on your machine using your own API keys and accounts (database, hosting, email, discovery services). Your credentials live in a local .env file, your leads live in your own database, and your emails send from your own inboxes. None of that data is transmitted to us — the product does not phone home.
3. How we use your information
- To deliver your purchase and license.
- To provide support and product updates.
- To prevent fraud and unauthorized redistribution.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
4. Third-party services
This site and product delivery rely on: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Skool (the optional community). Each has its own privacy policy that governs the data you share with them directly.
5. Data retention & your rights
We retain purchase and license records for as long as needed for support, legal, and accounting purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us — we'll honor the request unless we're legally required to keep the record.
6. Children
This site and product are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
