An AI agency team that hunts, builds,
and closes — while you sleep.
Hunter Jarvis finds local businesses with no website, builds each one a bespoke site from their real public data, puts it live on your hosting, and emails the owner from your inboxes — then hands you the warm replies. You watch every move on a live Mission Control dashboard.
See the whole system, in 3 minutes.
From a zip file to a running AI agency — every step, narrated. This is exactly what you'll do after joining.
1 in 4 local businesses still has no website.
That gap is your AI agency.
Over 10 million small businesses across the US and UK operate without a website. Barbershops with 500 five-star reviews. Roofers booked three months out. Nail studios with 10k Instagram followers. They never got a website because agencies quote $3,000 and six weeks — and the owner never has time for either. That gap is a business. Yours.
The old way — being an agency
- Prospect by hand for hours to find leads
- Pitch cold with nothing to show
- Design, build, and revise for weeks
- Chase invoices, host, maintain
- Scale = hire people = burn margin
The Jarvis way
- Hunter fills your pipeline with verified no-website businesses
- Builder makes the site BEFORE the pitch — you sell something that already exists
- Closer emails the owner their own live site. The wow does the selling
- You step in only when a reply says "how much?"
- Scale = say "hunt 40 more"
Three steps. Thirty minutes. Then it runs.
Unzip & say "set me up"
Open the folder in Claude Code and say three words. Jarvis walks you through every account one at a time — Supabase, Vercel, your inboxes, Google Places or SerpApi, Apify, your email verifier — with the exact link and click-path for each, and tests every key the second you paste it. Green check or a plain-English fix. No config files. No guesswork.
Hunt, build, launch
"Hunt 20 businesses in Austin, TX." Hunter finds the ones with no website and verifies each by phone number. Scout gathers their genuine reviews and photos. Builder crafts a bespoke site — never a template clone. Launcher puts it live and checks it loads. You watch it all happen on Mission Control.
Closer goes to work
Personalized emails from your own inboxes — the owner's name, their business, a link to their already-live website. Opens, clicks, and replies tracked in real time, with smart daily limits that protect your sender reputation. Replies push to your phone. You close. You collect.
What a Tuesday looks like with a team that never sleeps.
You: "Hunt 20 businesses in Chattanooga."
Hunter sweeps the city, skips everyone who already has a website, verifies phone numbers, dedupes against your database, and files 16 fresh leads.
Scout & Builder take over
Real five-star reviews, real photos, real hours — phone-verified so it's never the wrong business. Builder turns them into a site the owner will actually be proud of.
Launcher ships it
Deployed to your Vercel, checked live, recorded in your CRM. Mission Control's activity feed scrolls green.
Closer asks for the green light
You read the exact email, see the target count, say "yes." Sends go out spaced and balanced across your inboxes, every open and click tracked.
Your phone buzzes
"🔥 Reply — Riverside Barber Co: 'wow, this looks great. how much?'" That's your part. Close the deal, collect your price, tell Jarvis to hand over the site.
Cold pitches beg. Finished websites sell.
The conversation is flipped
Cold outreach usually converts 1–5% because you're asking for interest. Jarvis leads with the owner's own finished, live website — the reply isn't "not interested," it's "how much?". Showing beats asking, every time.
Quality is engineered in
Real photos, real reviews, phone-verified data, bespoke design per industry, and hard no-fabrication rules. Owners can tell when a site was actually made for them — that's what makes them answer.
It's a complete system
Not a website builder. Finding, gathering, building, deploying, CRM, tracked outreach and reply detection in one machine — the parts most people duct-tape together are already wired.
Sites this exact system built. Live right now.
Not mockups — three of the 400+ real websites this system built, deployed, and pitched autonomously. Different industries, different designs, zero templates.

The dashboard nobody else in this space has. Your agents on an org chart, pulsing as they work. A terminal feed of every action as it happens. Campaign analytics from zero. This is what turns "AI tools" into a team you can actually see.

Live org chart — Hunter, Scout, Builder, Launcher and Closer light up the moment they're working: "42 leads found", "2 building", "140 sent · 3 replied".
Activity terminal — a timestamped feed of everything your team does, streaming as it happens. Proof of work, all day long.
Campaign analytics — sends, open rates, click rates and replies per campaign, each tracked separately from zero. No mixed numbers, ever.
Phone alerts — every reply pushes to your Telegram within a minute, and hot "yes / how much?" replies get flagged so you never miss a buyer.
Bring your keys. Almost all of them are free.
Hunter Jarvis runs 100% on your own accounts — that's the point: your data, your leads, your revenue, no middleman. Jarvis asks for each of these during setup, one at a time, with the exact link, and tests every key on the spot.

Questions, answered straight.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You talk to Jarvis in plain English inside Claude Code. Setup is a guided conversation where Jarvis asks for each key with the exact link; daily use is sentences like "hunt 20 businesses in Dallas."
Google Places API or SerpApi — which do I need?
Either. Google Places is great if you're new to Google Cloud (about $300 in free credits — months of hunting). SerpApi gives 250 free searches monthly with no card. The setup wizard supports both, explains both out loud, and you can switch or run both at any time. If you have neither, Apify can discover businesses via Facebook and Instagram.
What does it cost to run monthly?
Your Claude plan, business email inboxes (~$10–30/mo), and free tiers of everything else (Supabase, Vercel, Places credits or SerpApi, Apify, plus a free trial of any supported email verifier). One client sale typically covers many months of running costs.
Whose data and leads are these?
Yours, entirely. Every key lives in your local .env, every lead in your own database, every site on your own hosting, every email from your own inboxes. Nothing phones home to us.
What should I charge clients?
Your call — the wizard asks your price and Closer uses it in outreach. Operators in this niche typically charge $299–$999 per site, plus optional monthly hosting. Two sales at the low end already double your license cost.
Does it fabricate content for the sites?
Never — it's a hard rule in every agent. Builder works only from a business's real public content, phone-verified so it's the right business, and rejects leads without enough material. Honest sites are exactly what make owners reply "how much?"
Will this get my email domains burned?
Closer verifies every address with your chosen verifier before sending, enforces per-inbox daily ceilings with least-used-first balancing, spaces sends out, honors every opt-out permanently, and never launches a campaign without showing you the email first. You're always in control.
Do I need Claude Code, or can I use Cursor, OpenAI Codex, or Gemini CLI?
Hunter Jarvis is built natively for Claude Code — the agents and skills use Claude Code's own format, and any paid Claude plan includes it. If you already code in Cursor, Codex, or Gemini CLI, keep doing that; Hunter Jarvis runs in its own Claude Code terminal alongside your other tools.
What exactly do I get when I join?
An instant zip download: the full system (all six agents, Mission Control, setup wizard, site template, health check), the step-by-step SETUP guide, and access to the private community for support and updates. Open the folder in Claude Code, say "set me up," and you're live within the hour.
